While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

What happens after a Return Request has been placed?

(1) You will be receiving an email with the details of your Return Request.

(2) The concerned team will review your request and get in contact with you as soon as possible.

(3) If your Return Request has not been approved due to an invalid return reason, you will be notified.

(4) If your Return Request has been approved, you will be notified by the concerned team.

What happens if you Cancel Order?

Cancellations made will be refunded in your original form of payment. Since the payment was made online using credit / debit card, the money will be automatically credited back to your bank. This usually takes up to 10-20 days depending on your bank after we initiate the refund from our system.
